JWY will process applications requiring new or amended Certificate of Occupancy and also obtains issuance of Temporary Certificates of Occupancy all building types. In order to assure a Final or Temporary Certificate of Occupancy is ready for issuance, ASC researches and notifies the client of all outstanding items that may preclude the issuance and flow of the Certificate of Occupancy processes. These services include, notification to client of open items and the responsible parties, scheduling and attending construction inspections with the Building Department, administratively signing off work types after the responsible subcontractors completed their work and inspections, sign-off of open applications, filing of work necessary for a final Certificate of Occupancy, such as Place of Assembly special permit, mechanical permits and signage applications, violations dismissal and other related matters.
